 IPC Referees and EBA Referees

Polite notice to every Blackball player the EBPF will continue to use the above referees from the IPC in conjunction with the EBA referees of which both parties work together at certain tournaments. We the EBPF do and will recognise the above association of referees so we can use these people going forward for any tournament the EBPF run. Both referee examinations are creditable and the only difference between them is if you want to advance up to international level, then you need to take the EBA refereeing exam done by the EBA. Jenny Leavens runs the EBA refereeing course. Viv Ruscoe runs the IPC refereeing course. We the EBPF expect our members to respect both parties and do not condone any derogatory remarks being made on social media about any of the associations who carry out the referee courses with accreditations for our members.
