The download for the county template is for 2017/18. Has anything changed in the template for this season? |

This is the residency rule on the county template. Why does rule 25 i. contradict itself. 25. Players are only eligible to play for their resident county. Resident County is classified as the County where a player resides only. Proof of this can be requested if needed at any time and membership frozen until provided. • The only exceptions and restrictions are listed below. i. Existing players (prior to AGM 2016) currently playing for a non-resident county may continue to do so, if the Pre-2016 player takes time out, then they can return to the said county or choose to play for their residential county, so long as the said player is registered each year and not played Blackball county for any other County. ii. No existing county players are permitted to transfer to another existing county unless their resident county retires all the team they play in. iii. If a County does not have a team in any section other than the Men’s section, players can request dispensation from the Regional Director to play for a non-resident county. New players that have been granted dispensation will be have the choice to return to their resident county as soon as their resident county enters a team in the section they play in. |
