Good Evening to all county managers The last game of the season for the adults, is the 1st September and as usual when the season ends, it will be quite busy organising our county finals, so a few important announcements for your members. Members will be allowed to stay on the Tuesday night at Pake-field caravan site, 22nd October, this is good for any player who will be playing in the singles event, which will be starting at 9am Wednesday morning. All sections will have 16 teams qualifying, plus 4 pro-rata spaces, which will be decided by the next 4 best placed 3rd teams within your group across our regions. Adult National singles entries is £20 per person, and you can only enter one section. The deadline for entries will expire on the 22nd September and no entries will be permitted after this deadline date. the form will be sent to you shortly. The deadline date for your to accept your position at our county finals is the 27th September along with the payment. £150 per person which includes (breakfast and dinner) under 5s are free. THE form will be with you shortly. Please be aware when booking your accommodation, if you need to be close to the venue then please state it on your entry form, or in the email you send so we can accommodate. Lastly I would like to thank all the counties taking part this season, within there regions its been a pleasure throughout our current season, as always best of luck to all teams who have qualified for our upcoming national county finals.
