To all county managers I would like to congratulate every county team that has qualified to take part in our show piece, this October 2024. Our Regional Directors will be sending the invites out ASAP, and its important that you the county manager is on board with the dates which apply to your qualified teams. Any player going into the National Singles (Open/Female/Seniors/Masters) deadline day is 22nd September 2024, their will no extension. Payment must be made into our EBPF account which is shown on the singles entry form. Please note that you can only enter one section. (any EBPF member can enter the national singles). Chalet forms have been attached again and the deadline date for all payments is the 27th September 2024, there will be no extensions we must have the payments made by the said county by the time set, when payment is being made please use your county as the reference, be much appreciated. Please add to the email any special circumstances which is needed for any of your players, we will try to accommodate best we can. Eligibility list which means the players you intend to use for the show piece, we need the team sheets in asap the Regional Directors will specify the deadline date for acceptance of all squads. Its important to note that any dispensation request must have a full account as to why a dispensation claim should be granted. We were very strict last year, and the same will apply at this years National finals. Pake-field operates as a cashless site so please communicate this to your players be much appreciated. The £150 charge has to be paid regardless to whether you stay on site. regards to visitors they need to be on the chalet form, and will be given a wristband like everyone else with the same charge. if any visitor is only coming down on finals day then there is no charge. (Under 5s are free) Sorry to be bearer of bad news, Its important for all counties to understand that any team which has qualified for our county finals MUST attend, if any team withdraws, then sanctions will apply the following year, which could be a ban or fine/Points deduction, we cannot have teams playing county for the whole year, and when county finals come along snubbing our show piece its just not ethical, does not sit right. I have attached the forms again just in case we have missed anybody, and the first days play. Any questions then please feel free to ask, and we try and do our best to sort. Please remember that all singles entries form must be sent to Andy Johnson Please remember that all chalet forms must be sent to Paul Eaton. Paul Thomson EBPF Chairman |
