Harriet Haynes and EBPF

The claim that Harriet Haynes has brought against the EBPF is progressing towards its conclusion and a trial has been fixed for 7-11 April 2025 in the County Court at Canterbury. The next stage in the case is the exchange of evidence, following which each side will have the opportunity to question the other side’s experts, as the case progress we will keep you updated.
