Harriet Haynes v English Blackball Pool Federation Anna Goodwin Secretary Paul Thomson Chairman Following our recent announcement dated August 1st 2025, Paul and myself have been informed of the following information today September 1st 2025. Harriet Haynes permission to appeal to Judge H.H.J. Parker has been refused. Harriet now has 7 days to apply for permission to the High Court. If the High Court refuses on the papers, Harriet will have one further chance, which is to request that the High Court reconsider at a hearing.
